My Top Choice is Aerospace Engineer
If I would have to pick out of Chemical Engineer and Aerospace Engineer, I would choose Aerospace Engineer. I would choose an Aerospace Engineer over a Chemical Engineer because ever since I was little I wanted to be rocket scientist. The thrill of designing something that could take humans to Mars, or designing something that could make airplanes twice as efficient. Also, ever since I was little I wanted to go faster and faster. Aerospace Engineering would allow me to make things that could go faster and faster. A benefit of being an Aerospace Engineer is that you don't only focus on aircraft, you can focus on cars, boats, rockets, satellites, etc.
Action Plan
To get to be an Aerospace Engineer I would have to do a lot of things, but manly focus on my study's. First I'm going to make sure that I put school as number one priority, and that I achieve high success. With achieving success in High School grades that will allow me to get into the best colleges, to allow me the best opportunities in the career of Aerospace Engineering. Some clubs that would be helpful are; Math Team, S.M.A.R.T. Team, and SkillsUSA. Also, some other things that would help me achieve my goal would be to job shadow, and get some scholarships by competing in building competitions. I would try and get a part time job when I'm in college in the category in engineering, or job shadow a Aerospace Engineer. Colleges that would allow me to become an Aerospace Engineer are; U.W. Madison, U.M. Minnesota, Cal. Berkley, and MIT. Potential employers would be NASA, USA Military, Boeing, etc.
Location
I would like to live either in Austin Texas, or Wausau, Wisconsin. I would like to live in Wausau, Wisconsin because all my family lives here, its a small city but not to small, and it has great academic programs for children. I would like to live in Austin, Texas because its always warm their, close to the beach, and has many great job opportunities with NASA.
